Perth dinner / drinks [Sunday 8th Nov 2015]

Parking is terrible that area of the city too. Some event on, but looked as if people may have been leaving.

I've bailed after trying to park for ages. I think there should be an ongoing veto on East Perth locations as access is quite poor. Even the train is not that close; Northbridge is good though.

I was intending to drive to my office in the city to shower and change and go straight to dinner.
Sadly I had to exit the freeway because of the traffic and head home to Freo instead.
I hate piking but now it's all a bit too late.
Sorry guys.

Another good AFF night in PER, nice to catch up with JohnM and meet some new people

It was an excellent night IMO. Thanks, guys - and good to meet some new folks.

Final tally was six:

Steady
JohnM
Cove
Clazman
Cessna 180
Digpomi

Not a very good photo just as the waiters were 'carving' the beef shin:

Sorry guys.

I noticed you had taken up the generous Smiths Beach weekend offer, and wondered whether you'd make it. Next time.

Digpomi parked in Pier St carpark, which is only a short stroll. Not sure where Cove and Clazman parked.

It's really a CBD location, and not much of a walk from the train station, so access is good IMO.

Clazman had a really good parking spot down the street and was my evening chauffeur. A special thank you for Clazman.
To get that number plate back on you know a "little Bear can fix it" with special non unwinding screws. We had all our cars done after a family member had her plates stolen by crooks.
Thanks JohnM and Steady for getting us moving on a Sunday night. I rarely go into the city and the building used to be the State Taxation Office Treasury building that I had to frequent in my accounting days over 30 years ago.

A great night, thanks to all

Anyone looking for a good night out, think we can all recommend Petition Kitchen.

Was a good fun night, glad I went along. Hopefully catch up again some time around the traps!

Thanks John and Steady for organizing, agreed Petition is a great place.
