We just meet for a casual drink, meal and conviviality of folks with a common interest. Anyone is welcome. A usual trigger is a visitor from the east, as in this case with Steady, who is fast becoming an honorary west aussie .

It's usually good to have an idea of numbers beforehand to make a booking to ensure a table, but nothing structured beyond that.

It would be good to have you aboard!

Look like I will be arriving about 1600 on Sunday at this stage. My plans are always subject to last minute change but is looking pretty good at the moment.

Was planning on staying at the airport apartments but if I am coming in to town and if you know of somewhere cheap to stay close by for a quick overnight that might work too!

Steady is staying at the Crowne Plaza, which is a 15-20 walk from Petition. I don't know the pricing.

He's got a flight N, I think, the next morning. Come in, Steady!
