Thats not what im saying at all. Just if there is a lounge for FIFO people then they should use that over another lounge. Call me a snobby asshole all you want but the fact is that the lounges are over crowded and it needs to be addressed.
If I ever had to wear Flouro gear I certainly would not wear it in the Lounge so, in that respect I agree with Danny09

I have a Zegna suit, very rarely wear it, I have a few Boss suits worth a couple of K each, I even have a Versace suit worth a lot more. I earn high 6 figures, would call my self respectable, and more often than not I wear hi vis in the Perth QP, not because I choose to, but because thats what my job dictates. Should I be classed as scum because my job requires me to wear a particular type of clothing? Should I be outcast to a different lounge because you don't like my clothing? Its not dirty, its clean, so no problem there. What if I don't like your jeans, your dress or your suit, could I then demand that you head off to a different lounge?
Lets look at it another way, my company is spending tens of millions of dollars every year on flights with Qantas, building airstrips, chartering planes and paying a hefty price to balance out your discount economy flights, maybe the fluro brigade should have a business lounge and the non worthy people in civilian attire should stick to the QP? I mean we are worth more to the airline financially right?

Can I ask you a personal question danny09?
Were "any" of your flights on QF paid for by someone other than yourself? (ie, work)
2/3 of my travel, work paid for.

How so? You could explain your comments..... I dont know how it is, as I dont use the Lounge in Flouro clothes, never have, never will.
So you travel in uniform when you are flying for work?
What difference is it to those who have to be in hi-viz? If it is clean and tidy, what is the issue?
To tell you the truth, when I go anywhere I just don't like looking at really bright fluoro colours.
