My mother got the Airwin type email recently, about the barcode fault and "requesting" a new one. I have not got any emails...yet. We both have Q money, just a little for emergencies and both have the same expiry Nov 23, I am Gold she is Silver.
Neither of us scan it at shops for points etc so not a problem we have noticed...
I thought it was a scam but maybe I'd better check, as I am going OS soon.
