Thanks for confirming - although on second thought, if Amex outsourced the calls to a "professional call centre" then it's possible their systems just obey the DNC register regardless of existing business relationship. Could explain why I haven't gotten the call either... or it could just be that Amex don't love me

Just got the courtesy call. My renewal is up at the end of this month.
Home phone is on DNC however they just called me on mobile.

Well I just got the call from Amex and asked about my feedback on the changes. I said the travel insurance coupled with the points change had cost me a lot and made me evaluate if the card was worth the money. He also seems surprised that the cancellation team weren't interested in keeping me or making any offers to stay.

I was offered the bonus point per dollar as well which I took.

Was was due on the 1st Nov, so it has already been charged.

Oh ok. I got my charge card July this year but no call so far
