VA only have one Flexi fare...whether or not it is fully flexible is something people have debated about a bit.

The distinction between Business Saver and Business, as far as I know, is just one of refundability.

... not stuff this one up. I have built in 2-3 hours leeway into the booking at both ends. They had better get me to MEL in time for my 10am meeting!!

Just remember that if the cards are stacked against you - weather delays, lost passenger, minor technical fault - you may not make it on time and it isn't necessarily VA's fault.

That said, if I were a betting man, I'd stake high that you'll make your meeting just fine under the conditions.

Often during times of IRROPs, it's not really if you can make all your meetings or what not, it's how the airline recovers from the situation.

I'd like to think VA will be a bit flexible (pun intended) to a Flexi ticket holder on day of departure, especially if one has status and is in a period where sometimes the passenger allocation amongst a block of flights is more liberal (in QF parlance this is "flow forwarding").
