I have an ANZ Frequent Flyer Black VISA card and I receive QFF points every month on my statement. Every month there is a "Points earned" amount which is correct. There is also a "Points carried forward from last period" which is deducted from my "Points earned". This amount is constantly 93 to 94 QFF points which are deducted every month. The deduction does not relate to refunds (not every month and not the same amount every month), nor Government fees or charges (again it the same amount every month and I rarely pay Government Fees with this credit card).
Is this normal? Does everyone have this deduction of points each month?
I have messaged ANZ to ask for clarification but just wanted to check around other ANZ Frequent Flyer Black VISA card holders to get a feel if it is universal and why every month the same thing,
