Points deduction every month on ANZ Credit Card

I have an ANZ Frequent Flyer Black VISA card and I receive QFF points every month on my statement. Every month there is a "Points earned" amount which is correct. There is also a "Points carried forward from last period" which is deducted from my "Points earned". This amount is constantly 93 to 94 QFF points which are deducted every month. The deduction does not relate to refunds (not every month and not the same amount every month), nor Government fees or charges (again it the same amount every month and I rarely pay Government Fees with this credit card).
Is this normal? Does everyone have this deduction of points each month?
I have messaged ANZ to ask for clarification but just wanted to check around other ANZ Frequent Flyer Black VISA card holders to get a feel if it is universal and why every month the same thing,

Yeah this happened to me too, looks like an error in ANZ's point calculation. Qantas bookings give you bonus points, but if any of those transactions are refunded the bonus points are deducted for that transaction.

The issue here is, that point deduction is supposed to be deducted once, however ANZ is carrying the negative point deduction into all the future statements. So they are deducting the points from your earned points every month (which they shouldn't).

I had to call ANZ and get them to manually credit me the incorrectly deducted points. Get them to go through every statement to add up the totals, so they can manually credit ur points as deserved
