I'm wondering, have anyone got their points from these Emirates-operated (either QF numbered or EK numbered) posted into their QFF account?

Just curious how long it takes to post, and how many points gets posted :)

I flew EK (Book on QF code) from MEL to SIN last Fri, status credit and points appeared in my account yesterday morning. So that's less than 48 hours, in my case.
I was travelling on discount economy, so that's 30 status credit plus 3000+ points.

Were you eligible for the DSC offer?

I'll be flying EK for the 1st time soon... FINALLY! How did you find it?

Anyone reported OP UP for EK flight as QF elites yet?

Flew MEL-KUL with Emirates this week. Love the entertainment system and the seat pitch, also had a seat free to me on both legs but the flights weren't so full in either direction.

Had greeting on return leg, and express pass given. Other than that, nothing special, which is no real different to any of the QF flights I've had as a WP over the years. Given no real difference in attention, I'd rather fly EK any day, even on a 777 vs an A380 with QF.

Came back from SYD-DXB-MUC and MUC-DXB-SYD (booked as a QF J ticket) two weeks ago and all legs posted extremely quickly and below 48 hours. Detailed trip reports on both the QF and EK legs as well the DubaiConnect and ChauffeurDrive can be found in the Trip Reports section of this forum :)

I just did MEL-SIN Economy, SIN-MEL Business on an EK.

Was originally booked through work as a QF but our Travel Company system stuffed up and the seats got cancelled the day I was leaving.
They then booked it as an EK so no status credits for me :( which sucks big time as im about 500 off Platinum and they would have helped big time.

Welcome back to AFF! Sorry to hear that... Do you have enough points to book a return JASA flight to SIN (via SYD/BNE) if you have received a DSC offer?

Nope, im down to about 75k points.
I'll do about 10-12 MEL-AKL Economy flights before Dec 31st [My Renew Date] hopefully I'll get a Double Status Credits close to my renew.

I might also ask my travel company if they can work something out with Qantas since it was there stuff up.
They got a couple of the guys in the office platinum when we signed our new travel agreement.

JASA = Any Seat Award (on J or Business Class) which would earn both points and status credits.

Anyway 10-12 return flights to AKL should get you across the line (you may wish to route them via SYD/BNE in case you don't receive the elusive DSC offer)... All the best!

Had 4 sectors with EK (QF numbered) last week.

SCs and points (incl. a loyalty bonus) were in account within 48 hrs of each sector.

560 SCs !

Just reporting back: the retroactive mileage claim has been processed, took about a week

The other posts in this thread all involved QF numbered flights operated by EK and points were promptly credited. Did you submit a claim for an EK numbered flight and was it booked prior to the QF-EK deal? I'm still waiting for points to be posted for my parents' recent EK numbered flights which I booked for them last year (their QFF no have already been recorded under their booking once the function was available on the EK website for me to put them in).

Yes this is EK flight on EK metal, booked in March. I believe the travel agent did not know how to put the QFF number in. I submitted retro claim via QF website.

I flew Lyon-Dubai, then Dubai-Singapore last weekend on EK. No QFF points have appeared yet. Should I be chasing them up yet?

I have a similar query - oldest daughter (dr FM) flew to Europe - 3 sectors on EK metal and EK nos and 1 sector on QF metal with a QF number. The points from the Qantas flight were received quickly, but nothing from the EK legs. It is over 2 weeks for the flights to Europe and a week for the one back. Is this normal, or should I be suggesting she puts in a claim via the website?

Just as a reference point, after 3 weeks there was no sign of EK points in DR FM's QF account, so I lodged an online claim and within a week all 3 flights were credited.

OK, I flew again with EK (EK code & flight) for 7 flights during Sep, the 1st flight is on Sep 13 from MEL - DXB - NBO, the last one was on Sep 30 from SIN - MEL.
Up until now, no points posted to my QF account, so that's four days plus a month.
I might need to lodge online claim as well, but that means 7 flights * 2 (mr and mrs) times form submit.
Also I have kept all 14 boarding passes just in case.
