That could well be a dilemma over there at the moment from what I've seen.Ah, that's OK then
I'm about to head off and vote

Sure.Care to enlighten me?
Actually, my previous posts relate to the experience that some times QP members get priority tags internationally. I don't have a theory on why this happens. I acknowledge the T&C that you quoted and the lack of an explicit enitilement. However, I note that they don't explicitly exclude priority tags either. This combined with the experience that some people (n=~9 now) have leads me to conclude that priority tags for paid QC members is not that clear cut.Your previous posts relate to entitlement to luggage tags internationally. QC members are not entitled to them; sometimes they may get them if the agent happens to do it ( same as sometimes I see them tag AA platinum members with priority ) but there is no entitlement nor reason to expect it

Sure.
From my limited understanding there is no one there I would vote for by choice :!:
Good point oz_mark :!:Not a problem unique to Western Australia.

But will it make any difference :?:Interesting outcome. Wonder how long it will take to find out who will be running the show.
I was fuming about this very issue just 2 days ago.
Out of the last 4 flights with QF my luggage hasn't arrived on 3 of those and the reason provided is that it was a full flight and wasn't enough room to get all bags on.
I would have thought PRIORITY meant at least my bag wouldn't have been sacrificed, but once again no tag.
From my experience really Qantas' priority tag is a waste of time.
Half the time no tag gets put on the bags and when it does it comes out mixed with everyone elses anyway.
This is more appropriate for wide bodied (non containerised) aircraft and relates mainly to the loading of the aircraft ... unloading is a different matter ...... I was under the impression that the tags did nothing anyway. Bags are sorted by whaever information is part of the bar code on the luggage tag attached to your bag, not by the paper tag that the checkin agent may (or may not) attach to your bag...
But will it make any difference :?:
I just checked in for a PER-SYD flight and got a yellow first baggage tag attached to my suitcase, rather than a business tag. I'm wondering if the check-in agent had just checked in a WP with a through booking internationally or, maybe, a new policy.
