Row 1 best (1C the pick as you only have 3/4 of a bulkhead in front of you so can stretch your right leg a bit). Get served first is the key benefit. If not worried about food row 2 is a good pick given legroom is great. Row 3 too close to Y and frankly I prefer Row 4!

Selected 2A and 4A for 3 weeks time to Sin and return.

First flight with QStreaming (73H).

Has anyone else noted the video is not the smoothest and a noticeable delay between the video and audio? Used a number of other airline streaming systems with the same tablet and not noticed any of these issues.

No issues for me in the last 5-6 flights I've used the streaming service.

No issue here. Use weekly.

Looks like ZK-ZQG is going to be the next 73H to be refurbished given that it did not operate the return QF125 service to AKL after arriving in BNE as QF126.

This leaves ZK-ZQH as the sole aircraft in the 12Y/156J config.

Considering the video and audio are all encoded together as one data stream any issue like that would point to a problem/incompatibility with your device.

I've seen similar on digital TV and a chance of channel fixes it.

Can anyone recall which rows have misaligned windows on the refurbs? This may affect my seat selection choices for an upcoming flight

Rows 9 and 10 have misaligned windows. This was always the case regardless of whether the a/c is refurbished or not.

ZK-ZQG (the 7th NZ aircraft) out this morning operating QF135 BNE-CHC.
Looks like ZK-ZQH has gone in..

I've therefore altered the Wiki to remove the last column, reflecting that all operating aircraft are now 30 rows and 12J/162Y config.

You mean 12J/162Y other wise would be a bit jammed in lol :D :D :D

And the final aircraft ZK-ZQH is now out, only a couple of days before the first WiFi trial aircraft gets turned on.

Can we have a new thread tracking that ;)

We will see.

Main issue I suspect is that's it will be a much quicker fit (seat changes were 2+ wks, suspect WiFi will be under a week) and there might not be a source (like seatmaps or expertflyer) to cross-check.

I'd hope that QF does something like AA and shows wifi status on itineraries and boarding passes.

From YSSY, looks like some reflagging going on as 332s are moved onto the NZ routes.

ZK-ZQA was cancelled from the NZ register on 25/10.

It is believed to be returning to the QF mainline fleet and take up it's old reg of VH-VZF.

It's been in Brisbane since the 25/10.

From jqflightie on airliners,
Another minor upgrade to the non-SIFE 737s

On other news, the 39 QF B738 with Qantas Entertainment BYOD are getting fitted with USB ports in YC and JC will be getting USB/Power Ports. Retro fitting has already begun. Great news for the travelling public.
