Qantas bonus points not posting ( EDR CC )

Excellent. I have another week or so until my next statement arrives so hopefully mine are there.

My Qantas bonus points on the WW EDR Mastercard posted properly. Finally!

Just put $5k of international flights on qantas.com.au on this card, this was done a couple of days before I got a statement- the statement has 5k of points, but no bonus points/2 points per $- When do you chase something like this up? Now, or will it go on the next statement?

They should have been on this statement (if the Qantas spend is) so follow up now.

Note, they never show up in the bonus field - always just standard points, but twice as many of them.
