As much as I’ve had that toastie over the last few months it just means extra hiking through Belair National Park when I get home.
But it's a perfect fit!I still can’t accept a toastie as a J level offering.
And for junk.But it's a perfect fit!
'J' is for jaffles.
If that is the spicy chicken then it was my lunchtime offering yesterday MEL-ADL. Whilst enjoyable, a bit lacking for a meal.

It may have today - my flight on that route had 71 in air minutes.but then again MEL-ADL doesn't give much time for a feast
I can’t believe you said that. I took one Y flight as it was so short, the meal looked like vomit. I ran straight back to business and there I’ll stay thank you. Even if you don’t like the J meal, you can most certainly identify it.Flown across the country a few times in economy lately and I tell you what those box meals are far superior to half the food that gets served in J in recent times.
Every time I cop the egg white omelette or some sort of hot decent option in J it's dry and horrible....maybe sweating in the box keeps everything moist in those box meals?
Agree, but then again MEL-ADL doesn't give much time for a feast
I've never seen a tray in J... what's that all about?CNS-BNE some dodgy curry that tasted liked it looked .... toastie would’ve been better

Tray in J on all QF domestic flights, except transcon to/from PERI've never seen a tray in J... what's that all about?
Well that's odd... I always fly J but I'm from Perth so I had no idea that was a thing!Tray in J on all QF domestic flights, except transcon to/from PER
In J today, ADL-MEL depart 1140 hours. The choice was a toasted turkey sandwich or fresh fruit salad. I was the fifth person served and third to choose the fruit salad.
Turned out it was the last fruit salad with at least two other pax asking for it.
It was delicious combined with the yoghurt.
