But there is the problem! We, the members of AFF and similar groups, continue to call the Qantas Business Lounge the "J Lounge". Its not a J lounge. J implies Business Class, and the lounge name does not include the word Class. Yes, they permit J (Business Class passengers) to use the Qantas Business Lounge, but that does not make it a J (Business Class) lounge. We really should stop refering to the Qantas Business Lounge as theQantas J Lounge. Its not a J lounge at all for Qantas' second tier of most valued passenger, which includes Business Class passengers as well as Emerald Frequent Flyers.
It may have been better if they chose a name that did not bring confusion with the "Class" part. Perhaps they should call it the "Qantas Premium Lounge", or maybe "Qantas Flight Deck Lounge" or "Qantas Captains Lounge" if they still have trademark rights to those previous lounge names. Or just choose a random bame like "Galleries", "Kookabura" or "Dundee" lounge to remove the confusion.
Actually, if you read Qantas material carefully, they often refer to business class as just 'business'. Similarly First class is often referred to as just First. It is consistent to just say the business lounge.

Qantas simply doesn't use the word Class across the board that much
