No, new bookings. Almost certain it will use PNR creation date (so my peeps will know what that implies). changing existing booking will not qualify, nor would using a flight credit or voucher from before today.

Registered and received immediate email confirmation. Though the images in the promo email are not loading everything still worked.

For those who got their status extended for another year and not aiming for Platinum, is there any reason you would go for the full 600 credits making use of this promo? Is better to try and just get the 240 (max cap for rollover) at this stage and get the rest in the extended membership year?

Also note this clause in the T&Cs:

An Eligible Flight for the purpose of this promotion means a Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on an Australian Domestic or International ticket where Qantas Points and Status Credits are normally earned.

I'm not exactly sure what they mean by an "Australian ticket".

Does changing flights under an existing booking made prior (via the change button on QF website) count as a booking made now?
No, same booking creation date technically. But if you cancel and get a credit first, then according to the T&C's then, yes.

Followed Mattg's link, logged in and registered via my phone and immediately got the email at 12:05 pm
The only thing that worries me about the email link was that I had registered and it announced success without being logged in. The links might be member specific.

To get closer to Lifetime Platinum.

I guess it depends on one's anniversary date. I mean if it is say Feb 28, than this promo offers limited opportunity (only a few weeks into March) for the next membership year, however if one's anniversary date is say July, then obviously one can book DSC qualifying flights into their next membership year that are beyond the rollover amount.

I do think a number of people can use this to jumpstart (above rollovers) their next membership year - beyond the extended status expiry since there are unlikely to be further extensions imo.

I wonder if DSCs apply to SCs earned on Classic Rewards as a Points Club member.

I think they mean "Australian Domestic" or "International" ticket, not "Australian Ticket" to exclude NZ domestic etc..

Just double checking there's no cap on extra SCs?

Tempted to go a little crazy with some J class specials across the Tasman and only 2K from LTG.

Does this apply to SC's earned on QFF awards for Points Club members?
