Yeah, it was open when I was there (just after 11). Couldn't tell you what time it opened - but it was full of people.

and if you're lucky enough to go to the miniature lounges in places like ROK and MKY (great cos the bar fridge is always open so no worries about the 1pm drinking start) they have copious quantities of PLASTIC CHEESE AND CRACKERS and fruit cake!!!
