Qantas Customer Remediation Program

A payment has just hit my account from QF.

They owe me money for a range of reasons, but the amount is consistent with the published remediation amount of $225.

No email confirmation, nor payment for the other two pax on the booking, but it appears to be a remediation payment.

It just hit my account as well. The amount is the same as the one stated on the submission.

Ngl, this is the quickest legal / class action pay out I've been involved in so far.

Likewise - $900 relating 2022 booking.

My $225 deposited today too :)

FYI the description on deposit was "QANTAS QAN00****" (**** being a unique number) which was the reference noted in the email confirmation I got when I submitted the form with a subject "Web Form has been submitted for QAN00**** on Qantas Customer Remediation Program portal" so easy to reconcile

Ooh I’m so cross that my claim was delayed and delayed and delayed by Deloiite’s process and has only just been submitted now. Many more weeks of waiting for me I am afraid.

Got paid for my partner and I ($900). Have made $550 or so off the flights given they were rewards, though considering the time spent on the phone changing flights after the initial one was cancelled most of that 'profit' is gone in man hours wasted...
