Tuesday's QF28 SCL-SYD (B789 VH-ZNA) departed Santiago 82 minutes late, and is now due in Sydney at 18:50 AEDT, 60 minutes late.
Neither of the possible flow-ons : QF7 or QF75 are shown with delays at this point in time.

Today's QF63 SYD-JNB (B789 VH-ZNB) departed Sydney 62 minutes late this (Wednesday) morning, and is shown as losing a little more time for a 15:44 SAST arrival in Jo'burg, 69 minutes late.
The return QF64 is currently shown as departing Jo'burg at 17:10 SAST, 35 minutes late, with same delay into Sydney at 14:00 AEDT Thursday.

Today's QF11 SYD-LAX (A380 VHOQB) is shown as delayed 85 minutes for a 12:45 AEDT Sydney departure, recovering some time to be 45 minutes late into Los Angeles. However that departure time has passed, without the aircraft becoming visible on the tracking sites ...

QF11 eventually pushed back at 12:51 AEDT, 91 minutes late. The revised Los Angeles arrival of 07:17 PST shows a reduction to 72 minutes late.

Edit : That's the second QF11 operated by VH-OQB to have a delayed departure this week.

Seems there has been a flow on, with today's QF75 SYD-YVR (B789 VH-ZNA) pushing back at 21:05 AEDT, 40 minutes late. Revised arrival in Vancouver is at 16:03 PST, 38 minutes late.

B789 summary ...
Thursday :
Wednesday's QF64 (VH-ZNB) eventually arrived in Sydney at 14:14 AEDT Thursday, 49 minutes late.

VH-ZNI arrived in Perth with Tuesday's delayed QF10 as QF10D a minute shy of 27 hours late. It then swapped with VH-ZNE (which had arrived earlier with Wednesday's QF10 close enough to on-time), to operate Thursday's QF9 back to London also on time. VH-ZNE then operated Wednesday's delayed QF9 as QF9D departing Perth 25 hrs 34 minutes late.

Thursday's QF64 (VH-ZNF) was 68 minutes late departing Jo'burg, but made up time to arrive in Sydney early this afternoon at 13:45 AEDT, 20 minutes late.

VH-ZNJ returned after 14 days at Singapore Maintenance operating QF82 (on-time).

Friday :
Today's QF93 MEL-LAX (VH-ZNG) was 71 minutes late pushing back in Sydney, and is expected to make up time to arrive in Los Angeles at 06:54 PST, 34 minute late.

VH-ZNK headed to Singapore Maintenance operating QF81, departing Sydney 64 minutes late, with revised Singapore arrival at 18:02 SST/SGT, just 12 minutes late according to Qantas Flight Status & FlightAware. FR24 suggests a delayed arrival 40 minutes late at 18:30 SST/SGT

Edit : to put this into perspective, a total of 14 B789 flights operated on time during above 36 hour period.

If I have the days correct, B789 VH-ZNI as QF9 arrived LHR (ex PER) at 0445 hours on Friday 17 February, 20 minutes early. It formed the overnight delayed Thursday 16 QF10D, taking off from London Heathrow at 0833 local time on Friday, so PER arrival on Saturday 18 became 0848 hours, 1218 minutes behind schedule.

Friday 17's QF11 took off from SYD at 1259 (A388 VH-OQJ), arriving LAX at 0654 hours, 49 late. QF93 (MEL-LAX) was similar (B789 VH-ZNG), arriving at its LAX allocated gate at 0716 hours, 56 minutes behind schedule.

QF28 from SCL to SYD has VH-ZNJ with arrival expected tonight at 1824 hours, 34 minutes tardy.

A332 VH-EBV is on 'the 69', the 0920 hours Saturday nicely timed MEL-DEL that looks to be arriving 31 late at 1701.

B789 VH-ZNC on QF9 from PER to LHR is expected to arrive at 0941 hours (2041 AEDT), 276 minutes late as yesterday on the first leg it did not take off from MEL until 2214 late at night. (Normal pushback is 1650 hours). The plane had been in Melbourne since 0744 hours on Friday morning so may have required attention, or perhaps a crew was unavailable until later for 'the 9'.

A332 VH-EBN is on the late night Friday departure from BNE, QF55 that should arrive LAX at about 1830 hours, 35 minutes tardy on Friday local time.

QF21, the early afternoon 1400 hours MEL long trip to DFW is not expected to push back on Saturday 18 until 1805 hours, 245 minutes late. Due to the lengthy turnaround in Dallas-Fort Worth, hopefully the aircraft's return can be timely.

A388 VH-OQD on 'the 1' is arriving SIN tonight at around the 1834 hours mark, 64 late. VH-OQD (A388) has no hope of arriving SYD less than 15 or 30 minutes late tomorrow morning. It did not take off from LHR last night until 2341, 71 minutes after scheduled gate departure.

QF104 is a frequent late runner. Tonight's arrival has A333 VH-QPC with its at gate time showing as 1911 hours, 31 late.

Looks like ZNI (delayed QF10D) will continue onto Melbourne and take up a delayed QF21 service tonight to DFW

Given B789 VH-ZNI is unlikely to be at its allocated MEL gate 14A prior to 1840 early this evening, there's no way it'll push back at 2005 as QFi suggests for the trip up to DFW as QF21. More like '2030 hours' or later.

New Zealand has had Auckland floods, a cyclone, and even a relatively minor (6.1) earthquake recently so no great surprise that today's QF153 (1320 hours MEL up to AKL, B738 VH-VZY) did not take off until 1505. Gate arrival should be 2020 mid evening, 85 late.

I assume that Newcastle has no capability & probably capacity to clear immigration and customs and these people just have to wait in the plane until they can fly down to SYD? Same probably for the diverted QF from Wellington to Coffs Harbour?

I also saw they was a QF flight from Tongatapu that was diverted to Canberra. Anyone know what this flight was for?

B789 VH-ZNI arrived in MEL as QF9 (ex PER and earlier LHR) on Saturday 18 February at 1657 hours, 1232 minutes late. It formed QF21 that took off much as I predicted at 1852 so same da arrival in DFW should be 1711 hours, 266 minutes late.

QFi is suggesting QF103 from SYD to HNL will depart two hours late at 2240 hours tonight. The storm that Quickstatus (thank you!) advised us of may be the reason.

QF75 (2030 hours SYD-YVR B789) should depart 35 late.

The 1915 hours early evening QF149 from SYD to AKL is predicted to depart three hours late.

Yes and interesting path from SYD to MEL to go around the storm. Just got off JQ, and seems QF and JQ following this path:

QF75 (2030 hours SYD-YVR B789) should depart 35 late.
Qantas have just pushed this departure out to 21:40 AEDT, which seems possible as B789 VH-ZNH is showing on FR24. Um, well no, that time has just passed.

Edit : Actual push back was 21:50 AEDT 85 minutes late. Too early to say what delay into Vancouver will be.
