For a flight that pre-January 2020 mostly was on time, and often up to an hour or so early into Japan, QF25 (currently the 2020 hours redeye SYD up to HND) has poor punctuality.
On 23 April it arrived 69 minutes late. On 25, the tardiness was 64 minutes. On 27's morning, with an A332 operating rather than the usual A333, it was 36 late arriving at its gate. On Friday 28 (today), it arrived with A333 VH-QPG at 0620 hours, 55 behind.
This flight once had a B744 IIRC so seating capacity has been dramatically reduced, which should in theory reduce the time spent boarding and alighting. It also means less luggage and freight/mail to handle.
