QF10 is delayed 6 hours.
Sat in the lounge waiting for the infamous QF67, just announced 30 min delay due to engineering requirements….
Edit: and now 10:30…..so glad I got the 6am out of MEL
Looks like it is awaiting an aircraft to come from MEL as QF6034.QF3, the midmorning 1010 hours SYD-AKL-JFK is altered to depart at 1150 hours. Its AKL pushback is optimistically forecast as 1815 instead of 1705 hours.

Looks like QF93 is delayed awaiting inbound QF6033 from SYD.
Currently sitting in the MEL T2 Business Lounge and there are two late running flights. The one I’m on, QF39 MEL-CGK, has been delayed by 2 hours to 18.00 due to “engineering requirements”. The other one, QF37 MEL-SIN, has copped an hour delay to now leave at 17.50.
Given our flight was a late notice delay, I am hoping this doesn’t turn out to be another rolling delay a la QF67 last week. The A330s are not having a good day…

Our original F/O was over hours which is why they had to get another replacement in from SYD resulting in an additional hour of delay.A332 VH-EBV rostered for your QF39, the 1555 hours MEL-CGK is now showing as a 1900 hours pushback, not 1800, so getting worse.

The aircraft is purportedly fine now.
