I've steadily stopped my refreshing over the past few days. I've never seen a listing yet. But to clarify do the listings seem to go up around 10am and 12pm AEST? Might try a bit of refreshing today!!

I have noticed they have tended to go up around that time with the exception of the first day where someone said they nabbed one at about 6am.

You also have to find the dates in the listing then find them in the calendar and type a msg before you even get to the pay screen. All of these things would slow you down. Then even after you hit pay you often get the "this property is no longer available for your dates" message.

All the posts are gone from the listing. If it's the same as yesterday then they should post the new ones any time now.

I wonder what's faster, website or app?

I've noticed when the profile goes down, the listing starts to go live shortly. It's to stop people from short cutting via the profile page and force them to actually search for the listing.

All that tech talk was interesting for me as someone in tech lol. good luck hunting today!

I've noticed this too. The listings disappear and the the profile goes down and then they post. Profile is still up at the moment though

Hi All, thanks for all the tips, really appreciate it. I've been trying over the last few days although no luck. I've been refreshing the profile page as well as cities .. Santiago, LA and London using a filter of $20 and air-conditioning. I cant see any option to filter for unique homes > planes.. am i doing it right?

I had no filters apart from dates and guests and was confused about what all these our filters were too. I opened Air BNB in Explorer and all the filters were there (unique stay...plane etc). Don't know why but I have all the filters in Chrome now too.
