What exactly did you enter? Destination, number of beds, rooms etc? I refreshed every 10seconds and saw nothing? That is making me so frustrated.

Im officially done with trying my luck on this, I had an app on my MacBook that refreshed the screen every 6 seconds.

My search was anywhere, plane, price $18 - $30

Literally 3 hours straight of refreshing and I saw nothing.

I searched "Anywhere * Homes & Boutique Hotels", price range $20 - $25 , unique stay is Plane.
There have been two listings all day, and then the Qantas one popped up (at $22)

Well done! I was on the page and selected 'request to book' and then all dates available greyed out. Did you need to scroll through the calendar to find the available dates before you could request to book?

They were separate listing's yesterday. Not sure if they have sold multiples on the one listing. I've sat here since 10am waiting for this one, hopefully there's more!

If I search under this I get hundreds of listing's? How is this possible?

Well done! I was on the page and selected 'request to book' and then all dates available greyed out. Did you need to scroll through the calendar to find the available dates before you could request to book?

Yes, I had to find the date in the calendar at the bottom of the screen, and then set the check out date on the calendar on the top right and then click request to book.

I was up at 5, refreshing constantly, throwing food at the kids and animals, and making quick dashes to the loo. And nothing!! So, I'm out of the race. Oh, and I'll be happy if I NEVER look at another airbnb listing

I'm with you at this rate. I'm on night shift and have been up for the past hr refreshing every 10 swc - nothing!

I am concerned about what I'm doing wrong though because if Dan had 2 listings come up and I've got hundreds when I enter the same details as he did, then I'm clearly doing something wrong and wasting my time!

I'll lose my job if I sit here all day like i did today so happy to share my searching tips (not that I've managed to get one, but i've seen them all pop up)

I'm using google chrome, I googled how to auto refresh webpage (see Auto Refresh Link on right) Auto Refresh
this way i leave the page open and auto refreshing every 2 seconds, i just had to be quick to stop it when the listing came up.

I've put in the following search - Search "Anywhere - Homes" "Private Room" "4 Bathrooms" and Unique Home "Plane" - I didn't worry about the price.

Hope this helps someone, and like KLJB86 said hopefully they go to people on this forum.

HI Lilianne, can I suggest trying the following.

1. Open a brand new completely fresh page on airbnb.com.au
2. Don't enter anything into the search box, but DO click on the 'Homes & Boutique Hotels' box
3. In the search box at the top, it should now say 'Anywhere - Homes & Boutique Hotels'
4. Click into the price box and set your min and max (keep in mind that yesterday a listing appeared for $28)
5. Click into 'More Filters' box, scroll down to Unique stays section, tick the Plane box and then wait for the green box at the bottom of the page to change from 'Show 300+ stays' to ' Show 5 stays' (or some other smaller number. Once the smaller number appears in the small green box at the bottom of the page, click on that box.
6. Refresh this page as much as you want!!
