Unfotunatley the requirement is to spend the $s on liquor.

Not if its at BWS, which is in NSW, its just $30 and BWS sell the vouchers, I bought one today, note the wording change between the two offers!

I spend an average of $150.00 a week in Woolworths stores across the range including supermarkets,Big W and liquor but I haven't had any special offers since before (well before) Christmas.:(:(:(

Yeah, I can't remember the last time I received an offer and today got this:

Spend $50-99 200 points
Spend $100-$149 300 points
Spend $150+ 500 points.

Should be pretty easy for the 500 points ;)

I'd suggest getting two cards - one for you and one a.n.other (wife/husband/kids/parents) and alternate usage (not by week but maybe every couple of months) to have cards that are inactive and thus targetted by WW.

Personally I have found Everyday rewards to be a lot more valuable than I was expecting.

Due the various bonus point offers which at least someone in the "family" ;) seems to receive more weeks than not, I would guess that the points earned have been say about double the $$ spend.

ie say 2 points per $.

So while not a huge earner it is nice yearly earner.

I just noticed that the bonus points for a new card have decreased from 16,000 to 12,500 points :(

Yeah me too.
So how come I have this mad desire to prove that it isn't true.:!::mrgreen::mrgreen:
Cheers

I’ll just continue adding more cases of beer to the cellar, a little variety is good. Now have TED’s, Sapporo, Blue Tongue and Strongbow. I wonder what will be on special for me this week :p

Unfotunatley the requirement is to spend the $s on liquor.

The terms for my voucher are:

Offer excludes selected purchases including smoking/tobacco products, gift cards and selected services

So I’m not sure if a mobile recharge card would count or not.

I got the same condition, and would have assumed that a mobile recharge came under selected services. Bit moot anyway, as I am not able to take part in the promotion.

I picked up a case of Dry Dock from the local BWS today ($35). Paid using two DSE gift cards (one had about $6 remaining) and the BWS lady commented that I must be a very loyal Dick Smith customer. Yes, I must be .

Its a product not a service AFAIK, the "selected services" mentioned in the EDR terms and conditions are cash outs so I suspect it qualifies, I have nothing to loose as I need them for the IPAD etc over the next few months and are tax deductible unlike booze.

They must have you and I in the same basket. :(

Someone from Woolworths must read this thread, last week I ordered some extra supplies for the home brew kit I received as a present,I spent $84.77 with Big W online and I expected to only get 54 points ,imagine my surprise this afternoon when I logged on to my EDR account and found that I had been given a 100 point bonus and received 154 in total :):)

The current Woolies Liquor offer is for alcohol only;

Offer includes all beer, wine and spirit liquor purchases. Excludes non-liquor items

Ok, enoughs enough !

For the third week running I have received the same offer for Woolies Liquor, someone there must really think I have a drinking problem, or they are trying to give me one

Anyone else getting this many liquor offers?

This is my third week in a row that I’ve received an offer for BWS, this week any 2 cases of beer gets me 300 bonus points. I do need to stock up again because of all this hot weather… but how did they know :p

Three in a row here too... :p

I'm beginning to think i'd earn more points if i stopped using the card regularly.

I might be the odd one out here, but to date I have used the card weekly on every possible purchase at either Woolworths Liquor or BWS. I would purchase at least once a week from either or both. For the past 3 weeks I have been given 3 bonus offers from WW & 2 bonus offers from BWS.

We also use our card for the weekly groceries at WW, we rarely have offers for bonus points from WW, when we do it is for things that we don't have any use for...

Same here, although no bonus offers this week, I did hit BWS hard last week for recharges at 500 pts each .
