Qantas Frequent Flyer Survey... suspicious timing

Seeing the questions it looks a lot like a survey I got a few weeks ago, before the changes.

I've received a Frequent Flyer survey from Qantas twice - both times was immediately following an international flight which had been delayed leaving the USA causing a late arrival and many passengers with broken connecting flights.

They've never said it was specifically due to that, but yep suspicious timing
