Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

Sorry, I realise that's how you can do it. My previous post may have been poorly worded. Probably going to end up with wines, but was hoping for better deals with bonus points so had been wondering if there were any recommendations for wine and/or something quick and cheap on QF shopping that could be sustainably delivered?
I bought a case the other day with 25000 bonus pts and a leaf BUT forgot to use my PC voucher! ….😳

For some reason I have had issues with Red Energy & the green leaf.
Initially last year, had to send copy of bill and RE contract to QFF, ok understand that as I was a new customer.
And for this year, after 2 calls, 3 emails, had to resend bill and contract, it took 6 weeks to get this year's green leaf.
Have 4 🌱 now, will wait until near end of my year to donate for #5.

I bought a $25 Uber digital gift card from Qantas Marketplace and paid an extra dollar for it to be "sustainably" delivered.

Does that count as cheap ?

Thanks @Big John

I think a “sustainably-delivered” gift card will be my fallback option. Just hoping for a decent wine bonus points offer will rear its head in the next week or so ;)
There's a Sale on now. I just bought a quaffer case of points to use my voucher, but just noticed this.

Cheers. That seems to be the best offer currently going. Unfortunately I don’t have a voucher to make it better value, but it’s on the radar none-the-less.

Ended up purchasing a $25 digital gift card (for something I would’ve otherwise been buying anyway) and paid an extra $1 to make it a “climate positive” delivery ;)

Order made at 1:40am. Gift card received through email at 2:07am. Green leaf applied by lunchtime and GT secured for another year. Will wait till next month to claim my SC and give myself a 50SC head start.

Well once more around the sun with this green tier thing. I've done it again this year, although I'm starting to feel more dubious about the value.

I had to change my state to Tasmania for the offset to save some points, but I don't feel too guilty as Qantas screw you over on the points conversion.

Can I please confirm : Is it still the case that you can get the 5 leaves, wait for the confirmation email, then delay until the next membership year to select & accept the status reward?

The email will tell you how long you have to claim the reward, but its three months.

Yes provided you get that final green leaf less than 90 days before end of your FF year, as you only have 3 months to claim the SCs/Points.
