What were the 2 leaves you had left, and which one is now (?) marked as done?
Interestingly you only have until 31 January to choose your reward- isn't it usually 90 days @Flyerwin?
I think there is a Qantas bug.
I just logged in to my Qantas account, and I see this:

I deliberately left 1 activity undone until end of the year, and it's still not done.
I also don't see an option to choose, so there must be a bug somewhere in the system, and I got that email in error.
