The first 50,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer members who get a Qantas Health Insurance quote using their Qantas Frequent Flyer number between 10 April 2025 and 11:59pm AET 28 May 2025 will earn 250 Qantas Points. Each Qantas Frequent Flyer member can earn a maximum of 250 Qantas Points. Qantas Points will ordinarily be awarded within 60 days of 28 May 2025. Offer only available if you get a quote through the Qantas website or call centre using your Qantas Frequent Flyer number. Not available to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who have: got a quote between 10 March 2025 and 11:59pm AET 9 April 2025; or have held a Qantas Health Insurance policy at any time in the previous 12 months; or who have held a health insurance policy with nib, AAMI Health Insurance, Apia Health Insurance, GU Health, Suncorp Health Insurance, ING Health Insurance, Priceline Health Insurance, Real Health Insurance or Seniors Health Insurance at any time in the previous 6 months. Qantas may withdraw or extend this offer at any time.

There's actually very little you need to provide that Qantas wouldn't already have through your Frequent Flyer membership.

Income being the obvious addition (which is used to calculate your private health insurance rebate). There's nothing, of course, stopping you from lying.

Think it’s more about the lead than the data (although both not mutually exclusive), last time they ran a similar promotion you definitely got a call if you didn’t complete the sign up.
