App is pretty buggy.

Have had to log out and log back in to get flight details under 'My trip' each time after a period of inactivity.

Have been unable to check in using the app. Says flight is not available for online check-in. QF410 tomorrow.

Good to see that the QF IT Team haven't let us down ROFLMAO

Design wise it is miles ahead of its predecessor.

UX just needs to be fixed!

Design wise the Comet was a nice plane ahead of its predecessor however it kept crashing :)

why are there two apps? am i missing something?

One is the QFF points app, the other is the general QFF app for account details and flight booking etc.
With the latter you can win tickets to The Voice final in Sydney !!! :D

Yes, perhaps I should've rephrased my question.

Why could not all of these functions be included in the one seamless app? Is that too much to ask of Qantas?.... (oh, right... ok...) ;)

Apparently I have no trips either. How hard is it to use my login info to grab the bookings?

Why oh Why don't they test these damn things properly before launching. Totally Amateurish IMHO.

Mine told me that check-in was available for flights after I had already checked-in, enjoyed an alternate lounge to that suggested, flown the route, arrived at the destination port, and reached home. That was handy.

Apparently, I get to enjoy the international business lounge in Adelaide. At least it got the F lounge bit right.

Are we supposed to be able to check in from the app? The old app allowed checkin. But not this one that I can see.

I'd settle for seeing any of my bookings. I'm deleting it. The mobile site is at least partially functional.

I'm with you on seeing the bookings. I added one of my 18 current bookings as a test. But can't check in. I just tried the old, original app which was basically a mobile site. While it shows my bookings it no longer allows check in.

It's worked for me - in terms of seeing booked trips and checking in.

Couldn't save the BP to passbook, though that may be my fault.

It's a pretty looking app, don't get me wrong. I don't understand why there are two apps. And I still think United is the best app.
