This has been happening for months with people being rebooked on ek at the last minute to reduce weight if conditions are unfavourable

So nothin' to do with runway works.....Qantas lying to us again?

Ah, just checked the NOTAMs, there is a displaced threshold in Darwin for the next two days due to runway works.

QF9/10 to return to PER earlier - from 24th May
