really, how & why is that?

I havent used mine, but does it not say on BP or on QF app?

I'm interested how & why they'd refuse if it can be proven, like mentioned above.

Apparently they show as General passes on the Dragons' system.

Mrs Albatross has been linking then using the Domestic Biz Lounge passes. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't the same

Agent mentioned it's been down since Saturday. Given it's a production outage and it still hasn't been resolved, it must not be a priority. Or they are useless.
Probs still blaming covid for the delay in fixing it
