Just got back to the office from a great lunch - going to be an unproductive rest of the afternoon.

Good to meet some AFFers even though I've not been super active on here and good to hear first-hand about QCash and some of the other things mentioned above (MASAs here to stay but via phone, a number of international booking and award booking issues being looked at, no plans for lifetime platinum but 'never say never', additional platinum features being 'looked at' but no mention of what they might be).

Thanks Qantas for the opportunity!

Finally on my way home after an extra drink at Bearbrass. Lovely day; the food and company were amazing. Although I'm only an NB I took away quite a bit from the lunch, and one of my questions was discussed early on (albeit with the word 'Virgin' removed ). Don't think I'll need to eat for a week!

Just arrived home in South West Victoria - it was wonderful to meet many fellow AFFs today - what a diverse bunch we are all bound together by our love of flying and travel. Great conversation, great food and great information about the Qantas Cash card. Thank you Qantas and Red Roo for the opportunity ! Also loved the stay over at Crown Towers - it was awesome!

Had a great day at the lunch today, was really happy to meet all the AFF crew there today. Finally glad to put some faces to names.

QF done a wonderful job today. Such a wonderful & relaxed atmosphere.

Food was spot on too.

Just got home from an amazing day trip to MEL.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks from myself to Red Roo and all the QF staff for this great day. It was excellent to be hosted by you all and have direct conversations to QF representatives about the future of QF, the QF Cash Card and the future of ASA/MASA. Well done to you all for answering all the questions that were fired at you today.

Simply many thanks from someone who is a QF fan who can see both the good things that QF does as well as the challenges that QF has ahead.

I'm sure that everyone who attended today shares my sentiments.

SYD guys, if your day tomorrow is anything like what we had in MEL today; you'll have a blast!

Thank you to Qantas for a lovely lunch today. It was good to get information direct from the source about the issues discussed here at AFF. It was excellent to meet everyone and be able to chat face to face. Look forward to crossing paths in a Lounge or an aisle sometime soon!

Was a great event and I'm grateful to the QF Loyalty team for their hospitality and generosity in organizing an event for MEL this year.

A lot of robust questioning and upfront answers from QF. I'm sure they took away information that will help shape the future of Qantas Cash and Any Seat Awards

nice to meet so many fellow flyers, and frank discussions with QF loyalty and card marketing folk. And guess what was waiting for me when I got home? One new WP Qantas cash card. Now, will I bother activating it? Next OS trip is to Thailand in a couple of weeks.....
