Qantas partnership with BP

The T&Cs for my 200 points offer say "No minimum spend required". So a can of mower fuel and a chocolate bar would appear to do the trick on the lesser offer.

Of course I got the 200 points for petrol + shop just 3 hours after I had filled the tank. And we are going away on tuesday.

So I registered for the 200 points Thursday, filled up Sunday and purchased a couple of choccie bars for the grandkids - sweet I thought, 200 points in the bag. Get a reminder email today that there's still time to earn the 200 points. See in my QFF account that instead of the 200 I have the standard award 1:1 provided Monday.
Double check my BP Account that the 200 Reward is active ... feeling cheated!

Yes, exactly the same happened to me today, after I registered (for the second time) Monday, filled up next day, bought a chocolate… something is very wrong here.

Cheers skip

Have raised this with BP - let's see if I get a response ...

500 / $10 for me, but paying 3-6¢ per litre more compunded by a 10Km round trip makes it not viable.

Anybody had any experience having points credited after BP failed to award them correctly?

Have sent a query via their online portal and a picture of the receipt and screenshot of the deal in the app.

BP Rewards seem to be very incompetent and slow to rectify their issues.

Any ideas?

A follow-up to my post: BP requested a copy of my invoice - which I didn't have, but sent them a copy of the CC line item instead. Nothing since. Registered again last week for a double-points offer (and kept the subsequent receipt) ... their last chance.

BD

What will you do if they fail to rectify after their last chance?

Go back to using the United up the road. Most of the time the BP match their prices, if they don't - and there's only a couple of cents in it - I can self-justify the extra cost for points at BP.

20x points on snacks, convenience and coffee items for 2 weeks. Don't think I've seen an offer that high before (and they make a point of emphasising that in their e-mail 😅 )

Same for me. Still not going to use it.
