Qantas Points Club Discussion

Yea they don't (or shouldn't). The way it was reported in the lifetime membership page may make it sounds like it did, and it s my belief these confused some on this forum, but those rolled over sc don't count, at least for me, based on my tracking spreadsheet.

Can someone remind me whether Points Club Plus SC rollover are expected to count to LTSC?

Have just entered a new membership year while on status hold. I retained PC+ last year. My PC+ tracker has reset to 0 and shows I have 12 months to regain PC+, which seemingly does not pause with status hold (which is fine)

My PC+ SC rollover posted but with 0 SC. Trying to work out whether I've missed out on 100 LTSC.
They don't - just towards the new membership year status tally

qualified for points club a few months ago . However did not receive lounge passes or vouchers . How do I follow up same ?

“Qualified” from non-PC? Or requalified? If the later, benefits post on or a few days after your general QFF anniversary date. First timers attaining PC get the benefits shortly after qualifying.

Otherwise, vouchers should be in your PC dashboard and lounge passes under your main FF account (and lounge passes). I assume the PC dashboard shows that your attained PC?

Does that mean I lf I now requalify for points club plus before end of membership year , I won’t receive the lounge passes ?

Yes, I believe so. You’ll get the highest PC/PC+ level benefits once on or just after FF anniversary.

Hoping someone can give me a quick answer (already gone back 10 pages of this thread)
How many points go to Points Club tally from a Qantas hotel booking?

All of them.

Up to a max of 125k per transaction… but that would be a very long stay at a very expensive hotel! 😉

Unlimited. Well, apart from maybe the single transaction limit of 125K?

The only other limits are:
Flying: 20k
QBR: 20k

Sorry should have explained better.
Hotel costs $100
Qf points 300 + pc+ = 450 QF points for the booking. [received 450]
But
I have only received 150 points into my PC tally. (Keeping spreadsheet to compare each tally)

Have you just passed your anniversary date @Bindibuys ? Could it be accrual date rather than date posted?

That’s weird. Apart from those to 20k limits, the points either post or don’t towards PC. The curly one is when a stay and points posting straddle membership year and you’d get zero towards the new PC year. Same applies to QF Market place and things that have a long delay between activity and points posting.

One for the “Travel mistakes” thread - SYD+1 booked a long stay (~7 wks) AirBnB, I’m heading off shortly but check out is 30 July. Our QFF year resets 31 July! Nooooo.

Year started 1 july, thought great opportunity to check I get all my due points in PC (have made PC+ since pc started)
Hotel points landed in qf account exactly 1 month after stay, but on same day only 1.5 points per $ spent landed in PC account.
Guess it could be a cross over, but the points amount received in pc is weird.

Ah, so the hotel activity was pre 01 July and shouldn’t count towards current PC.

Is there something else that’s posted that’s coincidentally about 1.5 pts?
