Thanks but there's no voucher number for me there. I did receive the email after I qualified in December with the Hotel voucher code.

Weird. I tried a few things just then:
1) Clicked on my link in the last post (had to log in), no voucher.
2) Went to "My account", then scrolled down on the left about halfway through to the PCP "See your progress" link. This is where I got the link in the last post. Right click, open in new window, no voucher. ie same as 1)
3) Left click on the same link in 2), and the page came up with the vouchers. ie same as sudoer.

Did you try doing 3)?

Some of us still haven’t received the enhanced “My Points Club” page. I don’t see links to my Wine or Hotel vouchers but I can get to my QP invites.

That explains it. I keep going to this URL that everyone keeps referring to only to see the same old Points Club page which only tells me that I've requalified and nothing else of value. I thought I was going a little bit crazy

I see the same (no voucher view) as @SYD and @33kft .

Did you try doing 3)?

I followed the steps, still no voucher.

I only have one hotel voucher and I have carefully saved the email for this.

Anyway - Strange.

I have no need for Points Club Plus being WP - I only worked on Points Club to get some benefit for award travel while spending all the points I built up over the last two years.

I must have clicked 20 times on either:
"See your progress" (from "My account", left panel)
"Explore points club" (from "My Activity statement", also left panel)
I sometime manage to get the vouchers to display via "Explore points club". But it's a bit random, and might diseapear if I try again.

I have the same user experience - the vouchers sometimes show, but not always. I find they show more often than not when logging in through Incognito mode (Chrome).

I couldn't find/see my hotel vouchers anywhere but they came up when I got to the payment screen. Something that worked!

Data Points:

- Welcome to PC email received day after (Thu) attaining the 150K; email time sent shows Noon.
- Hotel Voucher email received 1 week after attain PC (Wed); time sent show Noon.

Thanks for this oldish post - I will qualify for Points Club in the next few weeks and was NOT subscribed to the relevant "special offers" email list - but I am now

My profile is now showing me as a Points Club member (I have never been before) but also says I've earnt 143K this year and need to earn another 7K more.



Website glitch? Or have I possibly qualified but not all points showing yet?

Is there a definitive way to test you have definitely qualified?

Probably another one of Qantas' many IT issues. Points club members earn 3 QFF points per $ spent at Qantas Wine, so you could try adding a case of wine to your cart to see how many points it says you'll earn.

Approaching Qantas Points Club plus. It comes with a Qantas Club membership. Pretty new to the world of lounges. Does that mean I have access to the Qantas Club lounge no matter the QF fare am I on?

However it looks like if Im on a ticket with just AA flight numbers, then it looks like I won’t have access with just the Qantas Club membership. Need QF Gold membership.

From my experience they actually come up pretty quickly. Certainly well under 8 weeks or even 5 weeks.

I was more suggesting a way to check whether Qantas Wine recognise you as a Points Club member. After adding an item to your cart, it should show the number of qantas points earned from the order. If it's 3x the value of your order, then you've hit Points Club. No need to actually proceed with the order.

If you plan to take up the premium wine membership, you actually need to complete the “free” transaction. This can be done with no other items in the cart.

Qantas Wine may not be a reliable indicator as there are other possible sources - some popular credit cards (e.g. Qantas Ultimate Amex and Qantas Money Premier Plat), or linking an Accor Gold (or higher) account to QFF will upgrade one to Qantas Wine Premium without them knowing...
