Maybe consider buying 12,000 points to get 12 months of benefits. Or some wine!Well that’s annoying.

Here's the most interesting thing: Classic Flight Reward earning tables
Maybe consider buying 12,000 points to get 12 months of benefits. Or some wine!
I'm still confused how one can book a QF marketed award between Asia and Europe though - maybe this sort of thing is in the works over at Oneworld?
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
LHR-SIN I guess. With the option that if they needed to re-route flights via another asian port?
Agree that awards are generally limited to the operating carrier's flight number, but I'm not sure how that works for the couple of exceptions QF has with Asiana flights to Seoul (were those awards QF or OZ?)
I'm amazed there isn't more activity on this thread. The introduction of status credits on award bookings is HUGE!!!
Will be very curious to see what the accrual rate is. Even if domestic Business = discount economy and international Business = Economy, that's a big bonus!
So is my interpretation correct in that a Qantas OWA is eligible to earn SCs at the rates below?
And if that interpretation is correct how do you calculate the SCs earned? The earn table seems very confusing
Yes. I have been awarded 72 SCs for QF93 MEL to LAX, in J Classic Award (so U class). Which matches the table linked. I'm pretty happy with that SC earn rate (or any, really) for a Classic Rewards flight so thumbs up from me.
Mine definitely have contributed to the 500 SC loyalty bonus tally. Are you able to calculate whether those 72 SC have contributed to your loyalty bonus?
I know points from the loyalty bonus (if selected) don't contribute to Points Club qualification, but haven't seen any T&C about SC from Points Club benefits contributing to loyalty bonus.
Are you able to calculate whether those 72 SC have contributed to your loyalty bonus?
This suggests that if you make a Classic Flight Reward booking while you're a Points Club member, but lose your Points Club membership by the time you fly, then you won't earn the SCs.Status Credits will only be earned on Classic Flight Rewards if the flight is marketed or ticketed as ‘QF’, if the member is a Points Club or Points Club Plus member at the time of flying, and if the member’s Qantas Frequent Flyer number is added to the booking.
