I called late November 2021. Received 50% discount on the annual fee, so I elected to keep it another year.Has anyone had any luck lately with the "not a cancellation, but my what can we do about my fee" call? Switched to a NAB business card (wanted everything streamlined) so need to cancel, but figured I'd see what milking can be done.
