... Just called Qantas money and they confirmed... No ApplePay. Sad.
And they can’t explain why.

This card is the only one of my cards that doesn’t support ApplePay. How difficult can this be? Total rubbish on the part of Citi.

I realise that the Qantas cards are issued Citi

Sorry I thought we are talking about Citi, I didn't even notice the header saying Qantas card 😅

I don't use these phone payments, because it takes longer to unlock phone start NFC start app select card, then just taking a physical card out.

New 100k Bonus offer to the the market, could be tempting especially its a simple 4K spend with 3 months, not month by month as previously.

Would be appreciate a lower $149 fee considering travel restrictions & limited use of the lounge passes.

Perfect timing! About to settle on a house after which I’m looking to jump on some CC sign up deals. This will be perfect.

Ahh still have the Qantas Premier Everyday card just to get a feel for QF bonus points. Would have jumped on this had I known about this more lucrative offer. Oh well.

Just applied. Haven't had much luck with Citi in the past but that was back when I was hardcore credit churning. Have given the applications a rest for a little while so hopefully they'll reconsider this time around. Application currently under review after uploading drivers licence, medicare card, payslips, blood type and dna samples.

Hope you included your first born, second born, third born etc etc just to be sure :)

I may be about to enter the Citi vortex.

Applied, submitted all documents, receive an email/SMS asking to submit more documents, login to see a screen saying I've submitted all documents. Call their verifications team and the phone line has been literally shut down due to COVID so no way of contacting them except for the web form.

Well, welcome to Citi. 🤣

Anyone know when bonus points credit on the 20,000 points per month over 4 months deal? Hit minimum on the first month but only got standard spend points and no bonus sc. Haven’t had a Qantas card in a number of years, but have had a citi card recently. Worried that might be the issue.

gonna have to call citi I think. 💩

Citi 😡

Not negative yet ;), so that's a good sign at the moment.
Previous citi applications have given me a rejection within the hour
After 2 emails requesting further information then logging into the application for it to say thank for uploading documents, the application has been 'decisioned' with an unable to approve.

Oh well. Still in the Citi bad books. Wait it out for another 6+ months
