Despite receiving no email or SMS, the card has appeared in the Qantas Money app and website, so it looks like mine has been approved. Wonder when it will turn up in the mail ...

Anyone know when bonus points credit on the 20,000 points per month over 4 months deal? Hit minimum on the first month but only got standard spend points and no bonus sc. Haven’t had a Qantas card in a number of years, but have had a citi card recently. Worried that might be the issue.

gonna have to call citi I think. 💩

I've had my card for 2 months - first month Bonus points got put in same day as statement issued. Bonus SC 3 days after.
Now on my 2nd month, Statement points have come through 10 days ago but still no bonus points...

I'm on the everyday card and in similar situation. Month 1, spend points and bonus points paid on same day. Month 2, spend points paid yesterday but bonus points not paid.

I'm still waiting for this months points. Normal (spend) points paid on Tuesday 6th

I used the online message feature to ask. They called me back and gave me the usual spiel about how points take 6-8 weeks.

Thanks!! I'll know not to bother ringing up unless it is longer than 8 weeks which would bring you to having to hold the card at least 7 months.

I called up yesterday (pretty quick to get through tbh) - They said there was a delay in Sept bonus points, but all had been fixed in October and both month's bonus points will credit in Oct statement.
Plus, they said they'd give me 2000 bonus points "for the trouble".

Let's see what happens at the end of the month when my statement comes through...

Perhaps now I'm motivated to give them a call!!

2 nights a go put in an application, uploaded pay slip at the end of the process, pending review.
today logged in to check progress, approved. that is efficient

Just approved for this card. Am doing some big house reno spends in the next few months so seems a great way forward.

Thinking of applying for this one. How long are Citi typically taking to credit bonus points on this card these days? Realise terms say 6-8 weeks after meeting spend criteria which is fine, just wondering whether it will likely require follow up.

Last month they had an issue so no one got bonus points so they'll go through this month. Expect the full 6-8 weeks.
