I completed my survey earlier about 6pm but at the submit part it errored out. It did not award me the points, yet my wife did hers in the evening and she got the points. Hopefully they fix my points!

Completed the survey just then and received the 300 points in my Red Planet account. As others have pointed, the survey was short and easy to complete.

I finally received an email late yesterday to do another survey. Interesting gap. I had to complete the survey by 31st July to qualify for draw.
That's cutting it a bit fine

I got the error message as well, though I think it said I had completed the survey. Also had problems getting into the survey. I guess we all got the email round the same time and have been hammering their server.

I couldn't get into my account, though I have now just tried again and it has let me in. At least it confirms that I did complete the survey for my 300 points. This is after I emailed them about the problems.

I also asked them how we can complete the 2 surveys by 31/7/15, given that it is now 7.00pm AEST on the 31st. I asked if they were sending another survey, and would I have to wait up until midnight so that I can complete it in time to qualify. I suspect I will get no answer from them!

I did mine at 11.30 pm last night

My red planet account shows 600 points - looks exactly the same as QF WP's but the first 300 transferred to my QFF account relatively quickly.

I reported upthread that I got an error when submitting the survey #10006.

Tried to do it again and got the message that I had already completed it.

Tried to login to my replanet account to see if it was recorded, and got the message that the site security certificate is invalid.

Ignored all the warnings and lohgged in, and saw that the survey was not recorded.

All in all, a quite unsatisfactory experience and not sure it is worth my while to stuff around with this sort of activity fr 300pts.

I did the survey with a day to spare although I sky think the invitation arrived any earlier than when I see it. Talk about cutting it fine!
