Qantas Red Planet

Done, thank you very much for the info.
Let us know what response you get. My main complaint is when you “complete” a survey but it doesn’t go to the here’s xx_ points page. The survey then just sits there in your list as a zombie.

These ALWAYS get manually processed when I lodge feedback. I think I‘ve lodged feedback on a survey that was broken but that’s been a while.

Very quickly done, reply received just now, I would be given 250 points for not being able to complete the survey, expect points to appear up to 10 business days time. :) email was from Rachel.

@Cossie @SYD I just had a similar issue on Project Nikisi where I dont even know the points and it is stuck as well after completion. It is about the environment in Victoria

“Response review tracker”; got screened out about 7 minutes in. Survey was QFs own howwasqantas site and claimed to be 100 points for 10 minutes work. “Screenout” was after several push polling questions about “Are you aware of the following actions” all actions being well worn marketing cliches from QFs mea culpa exercise, such as QF putting on more call centre staff to provide a better service.

Kinda illustrates QF marketing newspeak. Suspect they were seeking awareness and blind acceptance of the promise, but the question could be awareness about the action itself (more staff) or the outcome (better service). My answers were directed to the latter given the time since the promises were made, and generally I hadn’t seen the wondrous new outcomes.

The paltry points offering doesn’t really warrant a complaint, I’ll just relish the bad taste own goal that the marketing people probably didn’t want.

Cheers skip

A good one to get.
WEHI has been around for 100 years, affiliated with The University of Melbourne (and The Baker Institute at The Alfred for nearly as long) @tomlee1986

Also thanks to this thread, when survey did not load/froze for the afternoon, made contact and Rachel from Red Planet, and she has promised Mr Flyfrequently 300 points 👍
