I had a period where I got no surveys - I reached out to their support, and they said that my account had been marked as inactive which causes the system to stop offering surveys. If you're not getting any, and it's reaching into the months/years, send a support enquiry. They've probably marked you inactive as well.

Could have saved a lot of time by asking upfront whether I buy home brands (no i dont); I loathe that supermarkets keep ceasing to stock the name brands I like and trust and substitute with their inferior home brands which are often sourced in China where food safety standards are less than we expect here.

My peeve is that banks always want to be recommended, and I give a 0-2 score. It is not my place to recommend financial services or institutions to friends or family. They need to do their own research. But hey, RP keeps sending surveys through even though I repeat this answer often.
