Qantas Row 4 737 Seats - Extra Legroom?

Hi does row 4 in economy in a QF 737 have extra legroom or is it the same as other rows?
Another reason you may prefer row 4 over the exit row is that it doesn't attract the $$ charged for the extra legroom.

I often set a reminder for when row 4 opens up for selection

I tend to find that middle seats on row 4 on QF and the same in row 3 on VA are taken anyhow even if loads are lighter. Go down the back and get a whole row to yourself (has happened to me) and easier access to loos and the "bar" during a 4 to 5 hour flight! Chuckle sometimes seeing everyone in row 4 and empty seats further back.

Flew OOL-MEL yesterday in row 4 with the middle seat free and the last 6 rows of the plane were all empty....so for us a win win....then the afternoon snack was a disgrace with 6 mini corn chips and salsa....but at least the beer was free !!!

It's always a gamble as you could look like you're on an emptyish flight, then suddenly a flight cancellation happens and yours goes to 100% full.
