They're reporting on Twitter that there are known issues at the moment.

Yep pain in the proverbial needed to book flights to Europe today but struggled and waited and waited even on the Plat Line so booked with SQ instead...

I've had to call QF twice today for totally separate issues but got through instantly both times - didn't even hear the hold music. Was the general plat line too - not a P1 line. Were you waiting on pickup or was the booking not able to be done while on the line?

Awaiting answer so gave up

What's the point wont make any difference I have booked elsewhere there are always lots of options and now as WP LTG and Star Gold I can chose that best suits me. Was more a reference than a whinge :)

Qantas have never been interested in the past when these issues have arisen and people have booked other airlines as a result.

Can't even link your complimentary lounge pass to your booking at the moment either... Had same issue a while ago and then get told when at Lounge that I should have linked the pass to my booking! Although website does not allow it...

Been in contact with Qantas today who told me they're upgrading their site and she just gave me a unique code to give at the lounge

That's never a good thing LOL

Logged in to QF web site today, to find none of my 3rd party bookings (AY) show up in manage my booking. But they do in the Android App on my phone. Looks like another "enhancement".

I saw this reported on FT yesterday. All bookings are in my iPhone app but non-QF itineraries do not appear on the website. I have a mixed BA/QF booking LHR-ADL that is on the website but a BA LHR-SFO return that isn't.

I reported the problem to the P1 team.

I noticed the same thing, but figured it might be intentional. ie. they only want to show bookings with at least one QF flight.

It also now shows each flight separately under the list of 'bookings', even when it's a couple of connecting flights. Perhaps the backed query was written by a new intern who doesn't know the difference between a booking and a flight.

It's also irritating that the 'Next Booking' listed on the main account page only shows these same flights, but at least it's now all consistent.

This reminds me of another annoying detail of the Qantas MMB - when selecting seats, no matter which flight you choose to change the seats on, it always takes you to the seats for the first remaining flight. Oh and the 'Change seats' link doesn't work until some delay after the page is loaded.

Yep. So I always select/change seats through the app as the functionality works correctly there.

This is now appearing at the top of the homepage:

Scheduled outage: we'll be updating our Qantas Frequent Flyer systems on Wednesday 2 May 2018 from 12am to 6am AEST. During this time you'll be unable to log in to your account or make a booking using Qantas Points.

Everyone gird your loins...

Every flight listed separately is how it is in the Qantas Business Rewards site when you select company bookings. Every flight is a new tile even if it's the same booking or a connecting flight. So perhaps its something they are moving towards and not a mistake. The qantas app also has it the same way too.

Which is extremely stupid.
I could see, maybe, having outbound and inbound flights of a return trip being listed separately, but connections shouldn't be.

Is it also making people go into one "booking" to select a seat, then going back to the list and back into the same booking, but different entry, to select seats for the next flight?

Nothing that silly.
You select "manage" on any of the flights and it takes you to MMB for the whole booking. But yes it does seem redundant to list all 3 flights for a booking separately since they all link to the same thing.
