Notes on rollover - 5 days on various calls to off-site consultants.
Has anyone noticed Green Status was achieved and then reversed on reset of ff points? I received an email 14/4 stating my Clean Green Tier was confirmed. Today I'm showing as having achieved 4/5 activities.
Has anyone noticed the points rollover are not being credited?
Has anyone noticed the points cancellation amount is 200 points less than shown the evening before roll over?
I've tried again today to rectify this? Told just now its 5 days more days until IT will review this.
Anyone else have status credit rollover challenge?
Is there an email address to track engagement to remedy QANTAS frequent flyer concerns?
