Qantas suspends direct flights to and from Delhi - June to Oct 2025

You all asked for evidence, I provided it… I would say the lot of you are lucky! But I still recommend DO NOT go NEAR HKG! But of course it’s just 1 recommendation of many…

Probably shouldn't transit any airport where someone was busted for drug smuggling then...because you know, they were arrested for breaking the law. I mean it's pretty simple really. Don't break the law of the land and you don't need to worry.

Drug smuggling is a known crime, but being arrested for freedom of speech is another!!!

But this is HK we are talking about, they USED to have it and it was legal

Again, it's not news to anyone that HK is no longer run by the Brits and all the changes that have happened since. It's been all over the news.

Glad you are NOT going via HKG! I would not even go near HKG even if you pay me... too risky especially with the geopolitical climate!! good that you nab the QF 1 service via SYD SIN!
I'm certainly not going to pay you, but I transited HKG a couple of times last week (in J class) and it couldn't have been more pleasant (apart from the CX lounges closing for 2-3 hours overnight).

HKG is very pleasant and efficient to transit, especially if you have lounge access.

I am glad you enjoyed it and hope you had fun, sadly my opinion stands as is…
