Qantas to fast track airline loyalty program status

When will Qantas resume the distribution of physical Frequent Flyer cards and kits?
Qantas continues to send out kits when a member attains a higher tier as well as Qantas Club kits.

Members who have activated the Qantas Travel Money facility, have cash loaded and/or have transacted at least once in the last twelve months will also continue to receive a physical card.

The distribution of other physical Frequent Flyer cards and kits will remain temporarily paused until 30 June 2022.

If you want a card you can call up and tell them you've lost your current membership card and want to start using Qantas Travel Money, they will send you a replacement.
