When will Qantas resume the distribution of physical Frequent Flyer cards and kits?
Qantas continues to send out kits when a member attains a higher tier as well as Qantas Club kits.

Members who have activated the Qantas Travel Money facility, have cash loaded and/or have transacted at least once in the last twelve months will also continue to receive a physical card.

The distribution of other physical Frequent Flyer cards and kits will remain temporarily paused until 30 June 2022.
