So why didn't you use the same card in the booking?Annoyingly I used to be able to put one FF # on the booking and flash my other card (i.e. use status from one program but collect on another).
Works ok for lounge entry but the automatic BP scanners don't allow this with the group boarding codes.
So why didn't you use the same card in the booking?
Thank you for recently completing the Qantas Cabin Baggage survey.
We’d like to share back some of the findings that you told us:
We thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback, it is extremely valuable in helping us improve experiences for our customers.
- The majority of our customers want to travel with cabin baggage
- Customers would like to see more enforcement of the policy to help make the boarding process faster and to help get you away on time
- We also heard that improvements could be made on our speed of bags to belt once you have arrived - restoring trust in this system will help to encourage checking in your bags
- The 1 up, 1 down signage and process at the airports is seen as a positive step in helping improve your experience, with the signage sending a clear and easy to understand message
- Lastly, providing free check-in of bags at the gate for those that don't fit in the cabin is seen as helpful
I did the survey and today I received the same.Today I received the following summary response.
Last time I flew, I had my OWE FF on my BP until boarding. After it was scanned, I was still able to change the FF number back to QF using the QR mmb and it was credited correctly. I ended up boarding late anyway, but this way worked for me.Because I'm collecting points and SC through Qantas (no status) but using OWS status for the benefits. Anyway, 2 more weeks and the problem will be solved.
But I wonder what the answers they got really did say.I did the survey and today I received the same.
Seems they got the result they wanted ...
We'll likely never know. But I wonder what the answers they got really did say.
