Qantas to release thousands of Classic Reward seats in Y, PE, J, F on 24 Feb 2023 around 11am

I get thru occassionally while reloading three browsers over 500-error warnings. Surprise surprise, no reward seats to Honolulu in October, just like there were none last week either. Maybe Joyce put all the seats on Jetstar code share to Bali and Queenstown.

I suggest calling and waiting on hold while you also try through the website. Phone agents aren't having any issues booking flights.

Oooooh, I got a new error!

This time while trying to search for multi city flights, despite being logged in, it wanted me to sign in to search reward flights. Then it 500'd, and returning to the home page I'm now signed out.

Quality, Qantas style.

Got right through to credit card payment step and then it died, booking then proceeded to disappear FUUUUUUUUU
I think you may have a PNR for it - check your bookings. If it's there, call and pay for it.

Usually by the time you get to that step a PNR is generated and the flights are "reserved" for you. They usually time out after a few hours.

that happened to me but the booking is showing in MMB - i just can't manage it. So I'm going to call later and see if i can just complete the booking by paying on the phone. Check your bookings page to see if you actually have it there with a booking ref. (NB I can't click into it - it gives me an error, but it did create so I assume it's holding the seat for me)

Excuse my ignorance but what is the PNR/where do I find it?

Briefly the booking was showing up under "my bookings" with a reference number, but disappeared after 10 mins or so with no points deducted or card charged.

Hmmm. Still 500 errors. Don't have the time to call today. Just want to quickly help a friend book something.
