These ongoing problems with the Qantas website are getting frustrating.

Whilst I can log in, I have a problem with a particular PNR which I cannot access online. Need to speak to someone on the phone to select seats and request F upgrade. The phone system is still gimped.

Just spoke to the call centre at 6pm. I quote 'we do not expect it will be fixed until tomorrow'.

I've just had two attempts and web site comes back with incorrect details - too scared to try for three and get locked out!

I had a go the third time. It did not let me in but the number of failed goes had been reset, so I still have two more

On my attempts I keep getting notified that the site is down for "planned maintenance", on a Monday evening, they really do think we are stupid!

Still having issues. Premium line has a "technical difficulty" after you enter your FF number.... I'm guessing they can't access the QFF system either. Gave up after 10 mins on the phone and trying 3 times.

"There is currently an issue with Frequent Flyer log in and account access, customers can still make bookings but will not be able to use Qantas Points."

This is pretty bad, I imagine there are some Tech's whose bloodstream is 90% caffeine at this stage.

My account has been locked out also.

Award wallet: ff number / password don't match

It is still showing the same message, and I am able to access my account. I haven't tried to use points 'though.

I'm still having the same problem as yesterday, it's not calculating points on a multi city redemption.

"We are experiencing connectivity difficulties" comes up after leg 3.

No issues for me with log in or anything else though, even yesterday.

Has the booking website dropped its bundle again, I have been trying for an hour now to book a flight with no luck, just freezes after

entering the details of the flight.

The next time I hear anyone from qantas bleating about their lack of profits, my first thought will be "fix the website".

Yes John, so there should no reason to fix the system, or is there something wrong with my logic?

Cheers,

Hi, this is my first post. I've also been trying to book International flights this afternoon and the site is locking up at the passenger detail confirmation screen. Does anyone know if there is a confirmed fault?

Thanks

Same for me this morning and was unaware of the issues until now. I tried to book a direct flight Perth-Guangzhou, and the site had many multiple city boxes, and eventually offered me Perth-Melbourne-Brisbane-Hong Kong-Guangzhou, about a 27 hour flight for a trip which would take normally 7 hours. Passed on that one, hope things a fixed by now.
