These ongoing problems with the Qantas website are getting frustrating.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
I've just had two attempts and web site comes back with incorrect details - too scared to try for three and get locked out!
It is still showing the same message, and I am able to access my account. I haven't tried to use points 'though.This message is currently on the main Qantas page
"There is currently an issue with Frequent Flyer log in and account access, customers can still make bookings but will not be able to use Qantas Points."
You do know they just announced a huge profit for the past year?The next time I hear anyone from qantas bleating about their lack of profits, my first thought will be "fix the website".
Hi, this is my first post. I've also been trying to book International flights this afternoon and the site is locking up at the passenger detail confirmation screen. Does anyone know if there is a confirmed fault?
