Qantas Wine latest offering

Price gouging on the LGD. Paid $175 single bottle price a few weeks ago (in Perth of all places!).

I really want to get excited about that mixed dozen, but you can see why they are offering so many points for over-priced average wines on the whole.

I agree, I'm not going to jump for any of those offers.

Ditto, an expensive 7,500 points
+4. A fool and their money are soon parted - I bought enough last week to last me through Xmas - apart from Champagne :D

Dan's have the La Grande Dame for $222 in six bottle price. Can't remember if it is any 6, or all the same 6.

they also have 3x Mumm and 3x Lanson for $38 a bottle. $228

Eat End Cellars in Adelaide have the 2004 LGD at $199, but marked down to $170. Not sure if that offer is still on or not.

It would appear they have some slow moving stock. This is not a sufficient incentive for me

My Epiqure free membership has lapsed, due to no purchases in the previous 12 months, and have only just started buying again, based on a good bonus for a good price.

I'm with those who will not be paying to renew. If there's another free membership offer, well and good.

Agree - I think my Epiqure spend might be done for 2014

Unless they give a special offer on Champagne (to be delivered by 24/12), I'm out.

Wow, I just tallied my purchases (as I run them in an Excel spreadsheet) - $4,288 for calendar year 2014 :o (20,209 standard QFF points and 40,500 bonus points). The standard points includes the recent 15x standard point purchases as they weren't classified as bonus points.

My clients have done well this year ;)

I would just grab the DM bubble special, at $39 it's still hard to beat.

Nobody from AFF anyway. There might be some other Epiqure members that get sucked in, but they are probably the same people that paid for membership ;).

I paid for my membership! Getting a bottle which usually sells for around $90 for the $49 joining fee did have something to do with it though :) I can't imagine anyone from AFF being silly enough to pay without a good incentive though.

We'll have to talk offline then :D. Hope you missed the storms that came through Warwick last night - there was a bit of black (hail) in it when I posted it on the Cricket thread.

luckily in BrizVegas at the present.
